  4. The Website presents the Administrator’s artistic work and enables users to contact the Administrator, including in matters concerning artistic collaborations and commissioned works.

  5. The Website uses cookies and similar technologies only to the extent necessary for its proper, secure and technically correct operation.

  6. The Website does not use cookies for advertising, marketing, profiling or behavioural tracking purposes.

  7. This Cookie Policy has been prepared with regard to the provisions of the Polish Act of 12 July 2024 – Electronic Communications Law (Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej), in particular Article 399, as well as the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (“GDPR”).

§2. Definitions

  1. Cookies – small text files saved on or read from the user’s device when visiting the Website, containing information necessary for the proper operation of the Website.

    d) Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity or similar behavioural analysis tools;

    e) technologies used for profiling Users;

    f) technologies used for creating advertising or marketing profiles.

  3. The Website does not use cookies for cross-site tracking of Users.

  4. The Administrator has disabled the Squarespace Activity Log functionality.

  5. The Website does not make decisions concerning Users based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produce legal effects concerning the User or similarly significantly affect the User.

  1. During the verification of the Website, the following necessary technical cookie was identified:

    crumb – a session-related technical cookie used by the Squarespace infrastructure for security purposes, including protection against certain types of unauthorised requests (CSRF protection).

  2. The exact names, parameters and technical characteristics of cookies may change as a result of updates to the Website’s technical infrastructure or the Squarespace platform.

  3. The Website does not use cookies for:

    a) analytics;

    b) marketing;

    c) advertising;

    d) profiling;

    e) creating behavioural profiles of Users.

  4. The cookies used by the Website do not serve to create or maintain advertising profiles of Users.
